Where We Ship
DYSI Beauty currently ships to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Netherlands: 2-3 working days.
• Belgium: 2-3 working days.
• Germany: 3-4 working days. 

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping Costs

• Netherlands: €6.95 per order.
• Belgium: €12.95 per order.
• Germany: €12.95 per order.

Shipping is free when you purchase our 5-bottle Best Value Bundle in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is available, you will receive the tracking details by email.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
